It looks like I’ve got the mid week blues / I definitely woke up on the wrong side of bed • I am T I R E D ~ Tonights five spiced braised pork, brown rice and broccoli helped somewhat but, then I finished watching Stranger Things and I cried LOTS (because I’m an emotional wreck today - not a spoiler 🤞🏻). I need to talk to someone about what just happened. Oh and, there’s a big ass spider in my bathroom currently 🕷 Send help!
Good morning ~ I’m getting my week started off by eating a good breakfast 💚 avocado on a bagel with lots of sweet chilli sauce and a decaf coffee 🥑🥯☕️ This past few days have been so busy I’ve been looking forward to eating well, tidying my home and catching up with my blog 👩🏼💻I hope you all have a lovely Monday whatever you’ve got planned ✨
What a Friday ✨ Payday has treated me well with a delicious lunch and catch up with mother, followed by lots of retail therapy and takeaway pizza this evening to look forward to 💛
My first attempt at Nasi Goreng 👌🏻Not perfect but still delicious! My version included chicken, shrimp and mushrooms with soy, fish sauce, chilli and garlic fried rice, topped with a big fat fried egg 🍳💛
